TERMS OF SALE OF THE RATE
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your booking click the hyperlink at the end of this confirmation email and follow the instructions presented to you on screen. In case the booking includes cancellation fees, please note that these will not be refunded. We advise you to cancel your booking as soon as you have a reason to do it.
CANCELLATION FEES
Free cancellation until 4 days prior to your check-in day. After this time period, payment will be fully charged.
RATES / TAXES
The presented rates include VAT. The tourist tax and the governmental or local taxes may be charged on arrival to the hotel.
Tourist Tax
From 1st October to 31st March : 1€/pax/nt (>= 16 years old)
From 1st April to 30th September: 2€/pax/nt (>= 16 years old)
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
The apartment key will be available at the reception as of 4pm. When checking out, you must leave your bedroom/apartment till 11am. In case you do not follow the mandatory check out time, you may be charged for an extra night. We advise all customers to use the field “Comments or additional information” in your form to point out the estimated time of arrival, especially if you estimate a late arrival.
Reception is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All payments must be made with one of the cards mentioned below through our secure web pages. Credit card details will be encrypted with a 128 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol. Details of your credit card cannot circulate online without being encrypted.

Any extra services (bar, telephone, among others) that are not explicitly included in the rates must be directly paid for at the hotel.
CURRENCY PAYMENT AND BILLING
100% of the full amount without the extras will be billed at the time of booking. Billing in your bank account will be due in EUR.
