We actually believe that when you travel, it is essential to experience the authenticity of the place which is welcoming you and we want to provide all our guests a unique and refreshing approach of Porto and Gaia and the surroundings.

7G ROASTER APARTMENTS IS AN AMBITIOUS PROJECT THAT SEEKS THE PERFECT BALANCE BETWEEN TWO SECTORS : LOCAL ACCOMMODATION AND THE ROASTER CAFÉ. This being said, our professional challenge is providing our guests with a unique and unforgettable stay while we introduce a priceless product: our speciality coffee. We want to foster local tourism with the development of customised tours and the establishment of partnerships with local micro companies and bigger companies. We promote several events, such as painting and sculpture exhibitions, handicraft and events with local musicians. We aim to excel and become a reference in local accommodation and we also expect to be recognised as the best specialty coffee in Portugal. The will to become an asset from a social, economic and cultural perspective is the force that pushes us forward to work day by day.
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN The architecture of our apartments follows a specific and private approach that aims to mimic a regular and modern house. We wanted to go above and beyond with this idea and, in fact, each apartment presents a customised vinyl cutting reflecting a specific theme of Vila Nova de Gaia. The pine wood structure was kept as raw as possible. The internal net on each floor is the same guests can find on the ceiling of our coffee shop, where we roast our own coffee.
